Creation-2 Tree
of Life Lesson Level 1
CREATION 2 In accordance with the usual stages of growth and manifestation, it is necessary that man understand the more realistic approach in that philosophy, or the teachings in the New Testament, are not merely words of guidance, but also, within them are held some of the secrets of creation. In
the creation of Man, there are three orderly stages: 1.
Formation 2.
2.
Growth 3.
Perfection The
scriptures are in harmony and truth. We say harmony because certain scriptures
are related to one part of creation, and others related to other things in
creation. We say that the hand of God has guided man to tell the truth
throughout all the ages. FORMATION Let
us now refer to the scripture reference on Formation. Genesis
1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image , after our likeness: and
let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the fowl of the air, over
the cattle, over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon
the earth." "Let
us make man in our image." This shows that man was made with all the
ability of God and the nature of God. This also shows that man was set in the
position of a god over the animal kingdom, over all the earth. Therefore, man
may look around him and see the earth for which he is responsible. MATERIAL
USED Now,
let us see what man was made of. Genesis
2:7 "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed
into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." Note
that the Lord God formed man of the dust from the ground. The term
"formed" shows that something else was used which confirms many
scientific findings. Of these things, we will speak on the vehicle in the Level
2 lessons. GROWTH Now
for the second stage of creation. Colossians
2:19 "And not holding fast to the Head, for which the whole body nourished
and knit together through its joints and ligaments grows with a growth that is
from God." In
other words, your body is what your mind determines. The body grows by the power
of God. MAN
is the physical aspect of the Creator. He is the being through whom the spoken
word of creativity is manifest. He is God’s vehicle of expression. These
lessons will teach you to move, live and have your being in the Creative Word.
This is the supporting evidence of the saying the LAW works whether you know it
or not. For you are using it everyday if you are living and breathing. The
secret of this lesson is found in Genesis 1:12, "...and God saw that it was
good." We must be able to see that there is nothing but good in
manifestation around us, and especially in out world--out personal universe or
atmosphere. I
wish to emphasize at this time that I do speak and not affirm the
"Word." Speaking the word of power is as different as night is from
day. Speaking the word of power makes you the Creator--not an empty boat in a
storm-tossed sea. The
scripture declares in Colossians 1:15-16, "...(He) is the image of the
invisible God, the firstborn of all creation: For in Him all things were
created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or
dominions, principalities, or authorities: all things were created through Him,
and for Him." Though Paul was speaking of Jesus, he also revealed unto us
the secret of it as being applicable to ourselves. For
Jesus said, "...of these things I do so shall ye do also; and greater than
these." Therefore, Jesus associated himself with the man on the street
which is you and I. For we are also partakers of that divine nature. As
creators, we can recognize nothing else but that divine nature of the God
creation. There is simply nothing else to recognize. Paul
declares, "For in Him, all the fullness of God was placed to dwell."
Since it refers to Jesus, it naturally refers to the Son of God. As Jesus is our
elder Brother, we are joint heirs with Christ. Therefore, we also are Sons of
God. THIS IS A LAW--AN IMMUTABLE FACT--indivisible and eternal in the heavens of
all this solar system. Using
this knowledge and the power contained within it we open a door which no man can
shut. In case of necessity, we can shut a door which no man can open. John
declares in Chapter 1, Verse 1, "In the beginning was the WORD...and the
WORD was God." Compare this with the writings of Moses in Genesis 1:1 where
he tells us that in the beginning GOD CREATED. Jesus
showed us the power of the spoken WORD through the many healings, the producing
of food which fed five thousand, and many others. All these were done by
speaking the WORD OF POWER. I will cite only one example. In John 11, Jesus said, "Lazarus, come forth!" You know that Lazarus did come forth and was healed--RIGHT NOW. |
