MISSIONARY COMMUNION SERVICE
Set up the sanctuary with a table, communion cup, wine, bread
(preferably matzoh), and a cross. A Law Triangle of candles is not necessary.
Before starting the Communion service, if others are present and wish to
partake, as you approach the altar, turn and say:
DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM NOT AN ORDAINED PRIEST, I DO NOT MAKE THE TRANSMUTATION INTO THE BODY AND BLOOD, BUT DO THIS IN MEMORY OF HIM AND THUS GAIN MY STRENGTH. YOU ARE INVITED TO PARTAKE WITH ME IN MEMORY OF HIS SACRIFICE FOR ALL MANKIND.

III. Prayer to the Master Jesus for the blessing of the bread and wine
O LORD OF EARTH, OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, BLESS THIS BREAD AND WINE THAT I MAY ENACT THAT WHICH THOU DIDST AT THE LAST SUPPER WITH THY APOSTLES, TO SHOW UNTO THEE, O JESUS, MY THANKFULNESS FOR THE BLOOD THAT THOU DIDST SHED AND THE GRACE WHICH THOU HAST GIVEN UNTO ME FOR MY ERRORS.
BY THE TAKING OF THIS, I PRAY FOR THY STRENGTH AS A MISSIONARY OF THY WORD, THAT THOU WOULDST INFUSE ME TO A GREATER DEGREE WITH THE LIGHT OF THE CHRISTOS THIS DAY.
HELP ME TO BE EVER CONSCIOUS OF THY BEING AND PRESENCE. THIS I ASK IN THY NAME, IN THE NAME OF THE HOLY FAMILY, AND IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON, AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. (sign of the cross)
After making the sign of the cross, lift up your own cross to your lips and kiss it. This signifies your love for your mission on earth, because it is to glorify the Father's Creation--through the power of the Holy Family.
EVENING PRAYER FOR MISSIONARIES
O CREATOR MOST HIGH, I, THE MESSENGER OF THY LORD JESUS CHRIST, HAVE TRIED THIS DAY TO BRING HIS WORD TO THY CHILDREN.
IMPERFECT AS I AM, I BESEECH THEE TO ABSOLVE ME OF MY ERRORS AND MISGIVING, SO THAT THE LIGHT OF THY FIRST BORN SON MAY RADIATE TO THIS ENTIRE COMMUNITY THROUGH ME.
I ASK THEE, O MASTER JESUS, FOR THY PERSONAL GUIDANCE, AND WISDOM THAT I MAY BE A BETTER SERVANT ON THIS DAY TO COME.
